A man who was shot by Pratt Police November 13 has died.
The Kansas Bureau of Investigation says 38-year-old Rene Prieto died Wednesday at a Wichita hospital. He had been hospitalized since the shooting, where he reportedly fired at officers.
They had been called to the report of a man waving a gun around in the 500 block of Main Street in Pratt. The KBI is still investigating the shooting.
