A man who died a in a crash between a car and trash truck near Andover Wednesday morning has been identified.
25-year-old Henry Too Cheseto was an international student at Butler Community College. Authorities say he was returning home from class at the time of the accident.
It happened shortly before 10 a.m. on Harry, just east of Andover Road. Cheseto was driving westbound on Harry when for an unknown reason, he crossed the center line and collided with a trash truck.
The accident sent both vehicles into opposite ditches where they overturned. Cheseto, who was not wearing a seat belt, was partially ejected.
He was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the trash truck was not hurt.
