Two men armed with knives robbed a north Wichita Mexican restaurant Monday night.
It happened around 9:50 p.m. in the 700 block of west 25th street north, just west of Arkansas. Three employees were closing the Mr. Taco for the evening when the suspects entered and demanded money.
The men took money from the restaurant, and from an employee. They also stole an employee’s cell phone before leaving on foot.
No one was hurt in the robbery. The first suspect is described as a white male, possibly Hispanic.
He was wearing blue jeans, a black shirt, and a black ski mask. The second suspect is also described as a white, possibly Hispanic male, who was wearing pantyhose over his face, with a black mask, and was wearing blue gloves.
