A man has been arrested, accused of sexually assaulting 3 teenage girls at the dowtown YMCA.
Police were called shortly before 8:30 to the Y, where the teenage girls reported to police they had been assaulted by a man while in the pool area. Two of the teens are 16, and one 17.
Police located a 31-year-old man who was later arrested on one count of rape, one count of aggravated sexual battery and two counts of sexual battery. Officer Charley Davidson says the case is still under investigation and will be presented to the district attorney’s office once it is complete.
KFDI News is not releasing the man’s name until he is formally charged with a crime.
