Visit Wichita has announced that a local track has been chosen for a regional motocross championship event this summer.
The 2020 North Central Rocky Mountain ATV/MX AMA Amateur Nation Motocross Regional Championship will be held June 13th and 14th at Bar2Bar MX Park in Maize. The track worked with Visit Wichita to bring the event here.
The regional event is expected to bring over 700 riders to the Wichita area, along with their families and friends. The riders will be trying to make it to the American Motorcyclist Association Amateur National Motocross Championship, which will be held in August in Hurricane Mills, Tennessee.
Tickets for the event are on sale and can be purchased through Eventbrite. Practice and Day Passess are $15, All Day Passes are $40, and a VIP Weekend Pass is $100.
