Kansas health officials have rescinded the Do Not Drink orders for the city of Kingman and for Kingman County Rural Water District Number One.
The order was issued when the city went to a secondary source of water that had a high nitrate content. The city went to the source because of high water demand.
Health officials said the secondary source is no longer in use and all other conditions that placed the water system at risk have been resolved.
