A 57 year old man has been arrested following a fatal stabbing that occurred early Sunday morning in the 2300 block of South Pinecrest.
David Staley of Wichita was taken into custody after allegedly stabbing his nephew, 34 year old Ryan Speight, during an argument following a party at the home they both shared.
Speight was pronounced dead at the scene and Staley was arrested without incident.
