Two inmates from the Cowley County jail that escaped after working detail have been captured.
The Sheriff’s Office saying that 26 year old Rocky Leroy Brown and 19 year old Jaymes Oates escaped custody after leaving their work detail in the jail’s sanitation area.
Authorities were able to locate and take them back into custody not to long after they escaped.
