Sedgwick County Commissioner Jim Howell has tested positive for COVID-19.
He has been tested before, and this was his first positive result.
Howell decided to get tested once more after showing mild symptoms.
He has been isolating at home at the direction of the County Health Department. Any close contacts will be notified for further information, testing, and monitoring.
