A long line of voters waited for doors to open at the Intrust Bank Arena in Wichita as early voting began for the November general election.
The arena will be open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and on Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The same schedule will be followed for the week of October 26th, and the arena will be open on Saturday, October 31st from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The Sedgwick County Election Office, in the historic courthouse building at Central and Main, will be open for advance voting weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The office will also be open from 8 a.m. to noon on November 2nd.
The county will also have 16 satellite voting locations that will be open on October 27th, 28th, 29th, 30th and 31st. More information is available at the county’s web site at www.sedgwickcounty.org
