Wichita police are looking for the man shown in the photos below, and he is wanted for two separate incidents in the downtown area. He is identified as 26-year-old David Hogan, who is also wanted on a warrant from the Kansas Department of Corrections.
A woman working at a business near Douglas and Waco reports a man had a gun, and exposed himself before threatening to assault her. This happened around 1:15 Thursday morning. In addition, an employee of CityArts at 334 North Mead reported that the suspect exposed himself to her around 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday. Detectives released photos and that led to the identification of Hogan as the suspect.
