Plea Hearing for Sen. Gene Suellentrop’s DUI Incident Scheduled for Monday

A hearing is scheduled for Monday morning for State Senator Gene Suellentrop. It was originally slated to be a preliminary hearing, but has since been changed to a plea hearing.

Suellentrop faces multiple charges stemming from a drunk driving incident back in March. He was voted out as senate majority leader after the incident.

Suellentrop is charged with felony reckless driving while fleeing law enforcement and driving under the influence, among others charges.
