The Sedgwick County Election Office has opened satellite locations for early in-person voting for the November 2nd general election.
The 16 satellite locations are open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday, October 29th and from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, October 30th.
The Election Office will be open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday for advance voting and it will be open Monday from 8 a.m. to noon.
Wichita voters will have three City Council seats for Districts 1, 3 and 6. The Wichita school board will have four races in wards 1, 2, 5 and 6. Derby, Maize, Valley Center, and a number of other communities will also have city council and school board seats on the general election ballot.
