Paxovid and Molnupiravir, two COVID-19 antiviral medications, will be dispensed at some Kansas-area Walmart and Sam’s Club locations.

The medications are available through the U.S. Federal Retail Pharmacy Therapeutics Program.

Select pharmacies in the aforementioned retailers are receiving limited supplies of the antiviral drugs, which is available through prescription only as provided by a health care professional.

Customers and healthcare providers can go to https://www.walmart.com/covidmedication and use the store locator to find their nearest location that is carrying these medications to send the electronic prescription. These drugs are only prescribed to those with COVID-19, therefore they will only be available via curbside pickup or drive-thru.
