Investigators spent the day Monday searching through the rubble of two houses that were destroyed in a three-alarm fire in downtown Wichita, but no other victims were found.

Crews found a body, believed to be a man, after the fire late Saturday night near Market and Murdock.   The fire spread through two homes that were boarded up but had a number of homeless people staying inside.   They ran from the homes after the fire was discovered.

The body has not been identified, and investigators are continuing their search for the cause of the blaze.

Wichita public works crews have been at the scene to help clear debris and secure the two homes.
