The Kansas Bureau of Investigation is asking the public for information that may help resolve the disappearance of a southeast Kansas woman 30 years ago.

Ginger May Hudson was 33 years old when she disappeared in Pittsburg on August 19th, 1993.   She was last seen by a neighbor outside her mobile home, which was on 180th Street about an eighth of a mile north of 560th Avenue.  When Ginger’s boyfriend arrived home around 7:30 p.m., she was gone but all of her belongings were left behind.

Ginger Hudson was 5 feet 4 inches tall and 150 pounds, with auburn hair, hazel eyes and a surgical scar on the inside of her bottom lip.   She was last seen wearing a white, sleeveless shirt and dark colored shorts.    She had four young children, and family members said it would be unlike her to abruptly leave.   Foul play is suspected in her disappearance.

Anyone with even the slightest detail related to Ginger’s disappearance is urged to contact the KBI at 1-800-KS-CRIME or the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office at 620-724-8274.  Information can also be submitted anonymously to the KBI web site at https://www.kbi.ks.gov/sar
