Police said a teenager died and an adult victim was injured in a shooting early Sunday in a northwest Wichita neighborhood.
The shooting was reported to 911 shortly after 2 a.m. in the 4000 block of West Memory Lane, which is near 13th and Zoo Boulevard. Officers found 19-year-old Zyles James with several gunshot wounds, and he died later at a hospital. An adult was found at the scene with a graze wound to an arm, and he was treated and released at a hospital.
