Harvey County officials are investigating after a body was found Sunday afternoon at Harvey County East Park.
Sheriff’s deputies and emergency crews were sent to East Park around 12:45 p.m. The body was found on park property near North East Lake Road and Northeast 12th Street. Passersby found the body in a dried-out portion of the lake bed.
Investigators are working to identify the body and determine a cause of death.
