Two men were taken to a hospital in critical condition after a shooting that occurred during a robbery attempt late Wednesday night in south Wichita.
The shooting was reported around 10:30 p.m. at a business in a strip mall in the 300 block of East Harry, west of Washington. Police said a 23-year-old man walked into the business and tried to rob a 25-year-old man, which led to an exchange of gunfire. Police said the two had critical but not life-threatening injuries.
