An unidentified child was hit by a vehicle on a street in Valley Center late Thursday afternoon.
The incident was reported around 5 p.m. in the 700 block of North Redbud. The child was riding a bicycle at the time, and was reported to be in stable condition.
Police are still investigating and they have been talking with the driver of the vehicle.
