Over 900 employees will be furloughed while AGCO makes critical system upgrades at its Hesston facility. The company said in a news release that it expects to be back in production at the location early next year. The company also said employees have been notified of supplemental pay and retention bonuses they can expect during the temporary furlough, saying the upgrades will ensure long-term productivity at the Hesston location.
