Wichita police released a surveillance photo on Friday in connection with a recent carjacking incident.
The carjacking was reported around 8 p.m. on Wednesday, December 20th at a Dillon’s store at 640 North West Street. The victim was leaving the store when the suspect approached with a knife in one hand and a hammer in the other. He demanded the keys to the victim’s car, then got into the car and drove south on West Street.
