UPDATE: Charges have now been filed against one of two suspects in a fatal shooting in Wichita.
A hearing was held Monday for 37-year-old Yancy Hermosillo. He was charged with second degree murder and his bond was set at $1 million.
A 27-year-old Wichita man is also facing charges in the case. The two men are suspects in the January 16th shooting death of 35-year-old LaDonte Ostrander, who was found by police in the 900 block of South Market.

Police said Saturday they have arrested a second suspect in a fatal shooting that happened in a south Wichita neighborhood.
A 27-year-old man was arrested in the 1300 block of South Santa Fe. Police arrested a 37-year-old man Thursday.
The two men are in custody for the January 16th shooting death of 35-year-old LaDonte Ostrander. He was found in the 900 block of South Market and died later in a hospital.
No information has been released on the circumstances of the shooting. Police will present information to the Sedgwick County District Attorney’s Office for the filing of charges in the case.
