A federal grand jury has indicted a Wichita man for firing a gun during a restaurant robbery in 2022.
The indictment charges 35-year-old Clemente Garcia, Jr. of interference with commerce by threats or violence, using and carrying a firearm during a crime of violence, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Prosecutors said Garcia is accused of firing a high-caliber rifle while robbing a restaurant on South Seneca in November, 2022.
