Wichita police have arrested a second suspect in connection with a shooting incident that left two teenagers dead.

An 18-year-old man was booked into the Sedgwick County jail on Monday on two counts of first degree murder.  A 14-year-old boy was arrested earlier.

The two will be facing charges for a January 26th shooting incident in the 5200 block of East Kensington, in a neighborhood east of the intersection of 17th and Oliver.  Two victims, identified as 19-year-old Jhiquez Roberts and 14-year-old Emoni Shears, walked into a hospital with gunshot wounds and died a short time later.

Police said everyone involved in the shooting knew each other and they had arranged to meet at the location on Kensington.  The Police Department said detectives are still going after leads and information to find any other suspects.   Anyone with information who has not talked with investigators should call 268-4407, Crime Stoppers at 267-2111 or the See Something Say Something hotline at 519-2282.
