The co-founder of the Pizza Hut restaurant chain has died. Frank Carney died of pneumonia at age 82.
Carney and his brother Dan founded the Pizza Hut chain in Wichita in 1958, and it had grown to one of the largest franchises in the world by the 1970s.
Carney had been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s Disease about ten years ago.
