The Kansas Bureau of Investigation said a Wichita man was arrested after an investigation into fentanyl distribution.
The KBI, the McPherson County Sheriff’s Office, McPherson police and Wichita police were involved in the investigation. A search warrant was executed at a home in the 1600 block of North Oliver late Tuesday night. Officers seized about 4,000 fentanyl pills, marijuana, crack cocaine, and six guns. They also found drug distribution paraphernalia, drug use paraphernalia and about $5,400 in cash.
A 20-year-old Wichita man was arrested for distribution of fentanyl, criminal possession of a firearm, possession of marijuana, and possession of paraphernalia. The investigation is continuing and the KBI said there could be more charges and more suspects in the case.
