Three Wichita organizations have announced that they are teaming up for the second time to host a unique high school basketball tournament.
Sunrise Christian Academy, Visit Wichita and the Wichita Sports Commission are hosting the second annual Air Capital Hoopfest, which will be February 15th and 16th, 2024. It will be held at the Garvey Gymnasium on the Friends University campus in Wichita.
The event will feature four of the top high school basketball programs in the country. The teams in the event will be Sunrise Christian Academy; Wasatch Academy of Mt. Pleasant, Utah; Veritas Academy of Los Angeles, California; and Link Academy of Branson, Missouri.
Information on ticket sales will be released later.
