A second suspect has been returned to Sedgwick County to face charges for a fatal shooting that happened in Wichita in early December.

19-year-old James Giovanni Lee Sawyer was returned to Wichita and he was charged Wednesday with first degree murder and two counts of attempted aggravated robbery. His bond was set at $750,000.   Sawyer is a suspect in the December 5th shooting death of Daniel McPherson.  Police found McPherson near MacArthur and Hydraulic.

Two suspects were arrested in Blackwell, Oklahoma when they went to a hospital.  One of the two had suffered a gunshot wound.   The other suspect, 18-year-old Phillip Walls, was brought to Sedgwick County for charges.

No other information has been released on the shooting.
