Law Enforcement Torch Run

Law enforcement officers are serving as celebrity waiters to raise tips to benefit Special Olympics. All donation make a difference in local athletes lives!
Donate at the following minimum amounts to receive a commemorative item: LETR Flame Icon ($5 donation)
Special Olympics Golf Ball Lapel Pin ($20 donation)

Wichita, KS 8/9/2024 Law Enforcement Torch Run officers and department personnel from local law enforcement will volunteer their time at participating Topgolf locations to serve as celebrity waiters and collect tips in support of local Special Olympics athletes. The LETR Tip-A-Cop® events will directly support local Special Olympics Programs and will be held at TopGolf Wichita, 2976 N Greenwich Rd, Wichita, KS 67226 on Saturday, September 7, 2024 during the operating hours.
Special Olympics Kansas provides life-changing programming in sports, health, education, and leadership for more than 5,000 adults and children with intellectual disabilities at no cost to athletes. The Law Enforcement Torch Run® for Special Olympics is the largest public awareness vehicle and grass-roots fundraiser for Special Olympics, raising more than $1 billion since its inception in 1981.
Special Olympics and Topgolf partnered to develop the sport of golf globally and establish Topgolf as a sanctioned Special Olympics Unified event. Special Olympics Unified Sports® activities bring individuals with and without intellectual disabilities together to train and compete on the same team. Topgolf will provide access to 90+ Topgolf venues to Special Olympics athletes, Unified partners, and coaches for training and competition.
